Job Description
WMG Biomedical Engineering PLC is a leading company specializing in the development and Distributing advanced biomedical equipment and solutions. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an HR and General Service Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage vehicle and logistic services, ensuring efficient operations and timely delivery of goods and services.
Oversee the Training Center project, including coordination of training programs and resources.
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.
Conduct recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain high-caliber talent.
Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Develop and monitor Key Result Areas (OKR) for the HR and General Service department to achieve organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall business objectives.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
Proven 5 - 8 years’ experience in HR and general service management, preferably in a corporate setting.
In-depth knowledge of vehicle and logistic services.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Familiarity with OKR methodology and a commitment to goal achievement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
