Job Description

WMG Biomedical Engineering PLC is a leading company specializing in the development and Distributing advanced biomedical equipment and solutions. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an HR and General Service Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage vehicle and logistic services, ensuring efficient operations and timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Oversee the Training Center project, including coordination of training programs and resources.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.

  • Conduct recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain high-caliber talent.

  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Develop and monitor Key Result Areas (OKR) for the HR and General Service department to achieve organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall business objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.

  • Proven 5 - 8 years’ experience in HR and general service management, preferably in a corporate setting.

  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle and logistic services.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Familiarity with OKR methodology and a commitment to goal achievement.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels.

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
