Job Description
Submitting and processing orders to ensure customers receive the products they request on time.
Visiting clients and potential clients within an assigned sales area to evaluate needs or promote products and services as per the management direction.
Maintaining client records.
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Collect customer feedback and provide updates to senior management.
Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
Onboard and retain customers.
Meet personal and team sales targets.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements
Minimum BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field from a recognized university
Have a minimum of 5 years' experience as sales representative.
ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quota.
Excellent Excel skills.
Impeccable customer service skills, Motivated, driven attitude.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
Expert in time management
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Energetic and passionate to learn & lead.
