Job Description
We are currently looking for a Senior Software Developer, to work on part time basis. You will join an exciting project and you will provide ongoing enhancements, support and maintenance to our online bus ticketing system and other products.
You will be reporting to the CEO and you will be a contributing member of engineering the company’s products. With your team, the group will materialize all items in the backlog and deliver sound, quality product.
Your tasks will include:
Analyzing, designing, developing, testing and implementing software using .NET (C#) and Python frameworks
Adding features based on an analysis of existing functionalities and architecture
Designing and implementing RESTful web services.
Creating software solutions that are based on an understanding of complex business processes
Engaging with personnel at all levels of the company, from peers to senior management
Consulting with Product Management to estimate, prioritize, prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs
Creating test strategies and use unit/integration tests to verify implementation quality
Preforming code reviews
Using CI/CD best practices for testing and deploying changes to production
Consult the senior management on different technical issues and ideas
To be a good fit for the .NET Software Developer role, you have to have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related Field
5+ years of .NET/.NET Core (C#) and Python, strong object-oriented programming concepts and application
5+ years of web-based development through MVC, RESTful API and/or SOAP architectures
5+ years of, SQL Server or Python experience
2 years of Angular
2 years of React Native
Familiarity with AWS services
Knowledge of Agile SCRUM methodology of software delivery
CI/CD curation
Proficient with Git and GitFlow methodology
Experience with Payment Integration
Nice To Have Experience With:
ORM (Entity Framework)
Mobile experience a plus
