Job Summary

The Empty supervisor enforces and monitors the process of recipient of Empty from Agents, storage of Empty as per Designated location and finally issue to packaging by ensuring on time, Efficient and quality service to the concerned units. Under the supervision of WH-head, the Empty supervisors also ensure, All Empty transaction including breakages are carried out in Ax, update Empty stock reconciliation to agent and SKU level. While creating disciplined and conducive working environment in order to meet minimum requirements and standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness per SKU of Empty warehouses, and all WH breakages and shortages are recorded as their specific reasons and make sure bottles breakages at WH are below tolerance range as per SOP .

• Ensure accurate stock records for Empty received , issued to packing, returns and in storage and also confirm that all the Empty movements including breakages, transport missing are done and posted in Ax -system with zero tolerance of delay

• Ensure Empty collected from market, get sorted, arranged and Agents Exceeded tolerance range of Mixed bottles has penalized for poor handling as per SOP .moreover , ensure new -Empty from manufacturers , to be inspected by quality team and physically and in Ax has be stored separately at PCM, up until release confirmation granted from concerned management .

• Ensure on time and in full execution of tasks by the Warehouse storekeeper in the different shifts . and Also manage and Ensure outsourced daily laborers and FLT drivers wear required PPE . while strive to create disciplined and conducive working Environment at FG store.

• Ensure 5’s in Empty storage area is applied , and maintain cleanness and orderliness per SKu and also ensure all the daily laborers and Forklift operators wear all the required PPE , as per the company H&S standard

• Ensure physical count of Empty stock on daily basis and proper handover across shifts detailing empty WH breakages , missing and line rejects summary balance .

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG and related factory, warehousing area is must.

• Proven experience in supervisory role regarding, inventory management, stock reconciliation , financial analysis, ETC.

• Ability to identify, measure and manage key indicators of WH management and inventory control.

• Strong computer skills (Micro soft and Excel)

• Proficiency in ERP and other computer systems is advantageous.

• Personal job requirement – ability to perform the role, attention to detail and ability to adapt changing priorities and can work on fast-paced working environment.

• Specific Job Skills – experience in managing inventory and excellent at analytical and problem solving, communication and interpersonal Skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply chain, economics, accounting, or related Fields
