Job Description

We’re currently searching for an experienced business development manager who can engage with multiple departments and partners to drive measurable results that benefit our business. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals.

They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings

• Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions

• Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients 

• Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders

• Proven record of sales growth 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Financial Management or in a related field of study

• Clear verbal and written communication skills 

• Sharp negotiation and networking skills 

Experience:

• 2-5 years of working experience

Desirable Qualities of Advantage

• Passion and Experience in Community Service. Eg. Rotaract, Rotary, AIESEC, DOT

• Experience with building strong and engaged teams/community

• P.S. Passion and/or experience in Personal Growth and Wellbeing is a big plus.
