Job Description
To support the revenue growth by serving as interface between the company and its customers through maintaining relationships, answering queries, and offering advice.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with regular prospects/ customers.
Prepare accurate and timely reports, maintain potential customer contact records, and handle inquiries quickly and professionally.
Demonstrate knowledge of market and competition and aligns work with the demand.
Produce innovative ideas and sales activities to meet objectives/ targets on time.

Handling difficult customers and grievances
Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields with two (2) years of demonstrated experience.
