Job Description
Annually reviews and makes recommendations to executive management for improvement of the organization's policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.
Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization's compliance.
Maintains responsibility for organization compliance with local legislation pertaining to all human resource matters.
Communicates changes in the organization's personnel policies and procedures and ensures that proper compliance is followed.
Assists executive management in the annual review, preparation and administration of the organization's wage and salary program.
Coordinates or conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
Consults with legal counsel as appropriate, or as directed by the MD, on personnel matters.
Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
Partner with department management and coach them in carrying out their responsibilities on human resource matters.
Recommends, evaluates and participates in staff development for the organization.
Develops and maintains a human resource information system that meets the organization's personnel information needs.
Lead the staff of the human resource department.
Oversee the housekeeping, office supplies, security and reliable operations of all general facilities at UB
Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Administration or other majors
12+ years of experience within a multinational corporation in a leading HR Management position
Knowledge of corporate administration and office management.
Efficient time management
Solid organizational skills.
Advanced Communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work in teams and work under pressure
