Job Description

  • Reservation Agent Answer phones and assist customers in making, altering, or canceling reservations. Respond to emails with reservation information, confirmations, and additional details. Advise customers regarding ongoing promotions or available upgrades that may enhance their experience.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • BA/ Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management, Hotel Operation, Management or any related filed.

  • Having two and more than years’ demonstrated hands on work experience in guest facing work environment (4*5*)

  • Excellent skill in computer usage, working experience in outlook and email handling

  • Good Command of English and knowing other language is advantageous

  • Very good interpersonal communication skill
