Job Description
Ensure Key Accounts are achieved in the most professional and cost-effective way
Create effective relationship management to ensure that defined levels of service quality to UB being delivered
Ensure compliance to company policies, procedures, and legislation
Able to apply various tracking and monitoring tools and techniques
Responsible for Key Account Sales Calls, Sales Reporting’s and generate daily, weekly report
Take various Sales initiatives and weekly pipelines
Identify, pursue, and capitalize on sales opportunities through various channels
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by managing and optimizing channel sales performance
Collaborate effectively with the distributor sales team, channel partners, and other stakeholders to drive growth
Provide regular reports on sales activity, progress, and market intelligence to Key Account Manager
Stay up to date on industry trends, changes and adapt sales calling strategies accordingly
Provide training and support to resellers distributors, and other partners to ensure their success in selling to consumers
BA Degree in Any Social Science fields with 2 Years experience as a Key Account Sales Representative or Similar role in FMCG company
