Job Description

  • Ensure Key Accounts are achieved in the most professional and cost-effective way

  • Create effective relationship management to ensure that defined levels of service quality to UB being delivered

  •  Ensure compliance to company policies, procedures, and legislation

  • Able to apply various tracking and monitoring tools and techniques

  • Responsible for Key Account Sales Calls, Sales Reporting’s and generate daily, weekly report

  • Take various Sales initiatives and weekly pipelines

  • Identify, pursue, and capitalize on sales opportunities through various channels

  •  Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by managing and optimizing channel sales performance

  • Collaborate effectively with the distributor sales team, channel partners, and other stakeholders to drive growth

  • Provide regular reports on sales activity, progress, and market intelligence to Key Account Manager

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, changes and adapt sales calling strategies accordingly

  •  Provide training and support to resellers distributors, and other partners to ensure their success in selling to consumers

Job Requirements

  •  BA Degree in Any Social Science fields with 2 Years experience as a Key Account Sales Representative or Similar role in FMCG  company
