ATICOM Investment Group PLC looking for Human resource Expert II who will be responsible for the following activities
Job Description
Based up on ATICOM HR manual and Proclamation 1156/2011 recruit and selected right candidate at right time.
Prepare annual human resource requirement plan of the organization
Handle employee recruitment, selection, and promotion
Properly document employee records and files
Organize and handle staff orientation, training and development
Prepare periodic plan and progress report on human resource management
Manage and handle periodic staff performance appraisal
Monitor staff leave, absence, disciplinary and grievance issues
Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, absences, performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
Collect personnel records from other departments or employees.
Check employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions.
Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities.
Verify attendance, hours worked, and post information onto designated records.
Record employee information such as transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update time sheets.
Keep track of leave time, such, annual, sick leave, for employees.
Perform other job-related duties as required by the Company.

Type of Employment: Permanent
Qualifications:
MA or BA Degree in Management, Business Management or related Filed. Minimum of 3/1 years of relevant experience, preferably in Private organization Special Trainings: Advanced computer skills in MS Office programs.
