Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer-numerical-control (CNC) machines, ensuring the production of high-quality precision parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating CNC machines and related softwares like AutoCad, Aspire, Corel & ArtCam, possess a strong attention to detail, and exhibit a commitment to safety and quality.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the production process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand the specifications of the project.
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machinery to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in operating CNC machines is a plus but not mandatory
Basic understanding of technical drawings and measurement
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
