HR Analytics Specialist

Job Summary

  • HR Analytics Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to identify trends, patterns & insights and present regular reports, providing actionable recommendations based on the analysis. In addition, the role holder is responsible to provide insights into workforce trends, enhance HR processes, and align HR analytics with strategic business goals.

Job Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics and/or related discipline from a reputable university.

  • Degree or Professional qualification(s) in Human Resources, Management, & Business Administration is an added advantage

Experience

  • At least Six (6) years relevant experience.

Required Technical Competency

  • Proven experience as an HR Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

  • Proficient in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Python, R) Strong knowledge of statistical concepts and methods.   

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations.

  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data effectively to stakeholders.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR-related software.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.

  • Good understanding of ERP.
