We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineers for our client Sunshine Construction to join their dynamic construction team.

Responsibilities: 

• Interpret and analyze engineering plans, drawings, and specifications. 

• Oversee and inspect construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety regulations. 

• Prepare and document daily/weekly progress reports and logs.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues during construction. 

• Manage and supervise assigned construction crews and subcontractors.

• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and suppliers. 

• Estimate material and labor requirements and maintain project budgets. 

• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to building standards. 

• Implement safety protocols and procedures at the construction site. 

• Document and report accidents and incidents promptly. 

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Stay informed of advancements in construction techniques and regulations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.

• More than 4 years of experience working as a Site Engineer on high rise buildings. 

• Strong understanding of high-rise building codes, construction methods, and materials. 

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction project management software.
