Job Description
To sets up٫ maintains and operates Coffee Washing machinery and ensure the interminable running of coffee washing production to the level of high efficiency and quality.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares machines to start a production cycle٫ performs calibration٫ cleaning and other activities.
Assists in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery.
Monitor machine operation to detect problems such as defective outputs, breaks or machine malfunctions.
Records quantities of materials processed to determine the service period of the machine.
Regularly conduct tests of the machine’s performance and operating capacity.
Feeds raw materials into semi-automated machines and helps the assembly line.
Works with others to ensure that equipment is in proper working order.
Stops or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clears machine jams, and report malfunctions to a supervisor.
Replaces parts and bolts to make sure the machine is working smoothly and effectively
Performs equipment maintenance tasks such as replacing parts, lubricating moving equipment, or cleaning and oiling the machines.
Checks parts with precision٫ using appropriate measuring tools.
Conducts tests to check the operation of machines٫ on a regular basis.
Troubleshoots issues that might occur during the shift.
Verifies output to detect any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
Creates and manages records of approved and defective units or final products.
Creates and maintain activity logs.
Adheres to health and safety regulations.
Removes any holding devices or materials from machines.
Regulates machine flow, speed, or temperature.
Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
Qualification and Skills
Level IV or BA in General Mechanics, Industrial Electricity Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
Experience:
4 years for Level IV
2 years for BA
Skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
