Doctor of Medicine Profession with a Specialty in Internal Medicine, G/Surgery, Pediatrics, Gynecology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience in the field Work clearance & professional license is mandatory. Duties & Responsibilties: - Oversee all clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of patient care. - Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, protocols, and guidelines. - Supervise and support physicians and medical teams across departments. - Lead recruitment, credentialing, training, and performance evaluation of medical staff. - Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, ethical standards, accreditation requirements, and safety regulations. - Monitor and analyze clinical outcomes and recommend improvements.

Bachelor's Degree in Medicine, Public Health, Social Work, Management, International Development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years of professional experience in youth empowerment, or youth engagement programming. Duties and Responsibilities: - Work closely with Africa CDC counterparts to implement joint youth engagement initiatives, including but not limited to the Bingwa Plus Initiative, Youth in Digital Health Network, and the Africa CDC Youth Conference (formerly the Youth Pre-Conference).  - Support the implementation of communication and visibility measures for the project including knowledge generation and content development for external communication purposes as well as internal documentation needs. This may include the writing of reports, press releases, policy briefs, articles, and internal progress reports.
