Job Summary:

Stock Accountant is Responsible for the attached key performance areas:-.

• Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts; Materials Received Register, Storage, Dispatch, and Inventory Control in ERP software.

•  Justify if there is any discrepancy between the physical count & record balance and accountable for discrepancies.

• Reconcile store records with finance department concerned  accountant

• Confirm that delivered goods match purchase order specifications.

• Update the stock periodically; maintain all store reports in Manual/ ERP Software

• Record the store material receipt and consumption, Prepare daily, weekly and monthly store reconciliation statement.

• Maintain records of tools, equipment's and all materials under store and within site

• Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.

• Inform concerned Supervisor/Manager of the status of balance of materials in stock and

•  Undertakes other duties as directed

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience for TVET Level IV, and 2 year for BA Degree in Accounting
