Job Description
Secretaries are responsible for performing administrative tasks in an office. They welcome visitors and clients, answer phone calls and respond to emails.
Organizes and administers the Office of the Chief executive officer; keeps the office properly furnished, ordered, neat and clean;
Carries out receptionist duties of the Office hospitably and courteously;
Operates and cares for faxing, word processing, printing, reproducing, computing and other pieces of equipment of the Office;
Receives, sorts and routes incoming mails, faxes, e-mails and other messages;
Keeps a logbook and track of incoming and outgoing letters and correspondences of the Office;
Safeguards the confidentiality of information received and under custody when so required;
Qualification:
BA in Secretarial science & Office management, Management information system /MIS/ or Management
Experience
Three years & above
