Job Description

The purpose of this job is to maintain and register members’ profile records in the database system; file and archive members’ documents members online and in person applications as per the policy and procedure of the association; and compile and produce periodic/on demand statistical reports to membership, chapters affairs and networking director

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintains and registers members’ profiles in the database system.
Files and archive members’ documents and members online and in person applications as per the policy and procedure of the Association.
Organizes, coordinate and summarize membership data and ensures that records are well maintained.
Participates in the members’ recruitment and registration process.
Provides reports on activity report as required, and assists the other divisions in providing all members related information.
Prepares and submit membership statistical reports to the concerned directorates.
Updates members profile and status (active and non-active) regularly.
Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Produce periodic activity reports.

Duration: 1 year with the possibility of extension
