Job Description
Developing and implementing sustainable practices and socially responsible initiatives within our company; organizing and leading need assessment of the community around plants, monitoring and managing project progress, work with internal function and developing internal CSR initiatives, promoting CSR initiatives and its positive impact to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and implement corporate social responsibility strategies and programs.
Engage with external stakeholders such as NGOs, community organizations, and regulatory bodies in a bid to create partnerships.
Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance of projects with ethical, internal policy, and environmental standards.
Plan and coordinate employee volunteer programs, including organizing events and facilitating engagement.
Coordinate and execute CSR corporate events
Prepare and submit reports on our corporate social responsibility activities
Implement internal CSR strategies to foster employee alignment and engagement.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure that our corporate social responsibility efforts remain innovative and impactful.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders fostering positive partnerships that support our corporate visions.
Work with the plant CSR committee for smooth and efficient execution of CSR initiatives.
Proven experience in corporate social responsibility or related fields.
Strong knowledge of sustainability and CSR principles and best practices.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
