Job Description
Purpose statement: Under the direct supervision of Head- HR services, HR specialist is responsible to handle HR Operational activities which includes manage and update HR database & personnel files, manage employment contract, staff development, performance management etc.
Organize the recruitment and selection processes in the company and ensure talented candidates who fit the job requirement are recruited.
Supporting hiring managers in designing clear and high-quality job descriptions that could attract right applicants from the pool;
Posting job adverts on the right media, leading the setting of screening/selection criteria, making fair & merit-based selection decision.;
Ensure the competency-based interviewing is implemented during screening while giving support to the hiring mangers
Develops potential candidates/applicants’ roster/database to pull best candidates on timely manner;
Participate in identifying professional sourcing partners and establish working frameworks with the best source; • Ensure employment contracts, starting dates and other onboarding materials to new joiners are prepared on time,
Ensure employee’s IT accounts and resources are prepared on time
Identifying critical positions with in the company and prepare talent pool for selected areas.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Communicate, liaison, process and follow up payment process of recruitment agencies
Give continuous feedback for recruiting agencies on progress, candidates (both successful or not successful candidates)
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences as required.
Coordinate orientation sessions and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Work closely with various departments to facilitate the integration of new team members.

Organizing proper employee file
Prepare periodical unit’s performance report and up on request
Conduct risk assessment on regular basis in order to ensure safe and healthy working environment to employees
Support the EHS person and the staff association to ensure the working environment is conducive and free of any hazard.
Ensure the safety compliance
Responsible for all security matters related to the wellbeing of the employees, movement of vehicles, the organizations properties and activities in the premises of the operation
Comply to the EHS requirement of Wilmar in the day to day operation
Ensure on time incident reporting.
BA Degree in Human Resources Management/ Management/Business Administration/Psychology or other related fields of study with a minimum 3/5 years’ experience respectively is in recruitment, staff performance management, training and development, and/or other related activities out of which three years in senior or equivalent capacity
