Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on various corporate matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to stay up-to-date of industry trends and changes in legislation.

• Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.

• Handle mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and contract negotiations.

• Participate in corporate governance activities and assist in the preparation of board materials.

• Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation matters.

• Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting the company.

• Provide legal training to internal teams as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years’ related experience as a corporate lawyer.

• Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, and commercial transactions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven negotiation and drafting skills.

• Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
