Bank managers oversee the management of one or several bank activities. They set policies which promote safe banking operations, ensure the economic, social and commercial targets are met and that all the bank departments, activities and commercial policies are in compliance with legal requirements. They also manage employees and maintain an effective working relationship among the staff.

Job Requirement

• Qualification MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related Fields

• Work Experience: 3/4 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 year as, Senior Internal Controller, SCSO Cash or Equivalent position in Banking Industry.

• Job Grade: X

Ability of Listening, Speaking, Reading &Writing ‘Afaan Oromoo’ English and Amharic Language is Mandatory.
