Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and Design or in a related field of study with relevant work experience in architecture Duties & Responsibilites: - Develop and design architectural plans for company projects. - Ensure compliance with local and international building regulations and standards. - Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs. - Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during construction. - Review and approve design modifications to meet project requirements. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural design. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). - Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
