Job Description

Loan managers are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of their company’s lending department. They commonly oversee a team of loan officers and other employees, and they may also be involved in developing new products or services to help grow the business.

Job Requirement

  • Educational Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing management  or related fields of study.

  • Experience: 8/9 years’ general work Experience of which 2 years as Team Leader, Branch Manager-II in banking industry

  • Job Grade: XIV

Ability of Listening, Speaking, Reading &Writing ‘Afaan Oromoo’ English and Amharic Language is Mandatory.
