Job Description

Chief Operations Officer plan, oversee and coordinate the daily operations of production of goods and provision of services. They also formulate and implement company policies and plan the use of human resources and materials.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification: Degree in marketing, accounting, management Masters in business administration, marketing, business development

Work experience and skills:

  • Master’s degree with 6 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience.

  • At least 5 years of managerial experience.

  • Strong understanding of operations management principles and techniques, including supply and distribution processes, as well as the ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

  • Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Able to interpret financial data and use it to inform operational decisions.

  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to achieve the organization’s operational goals and objectives including identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, as well as developing strategies to overcome challenges and obstacles.
