Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility (not all inclusive)
Ensures the proper implementation of financial policies & procedures in the section.
Ensure all documents are properly coded and recorded. Prepare journal vouchers and bank reconciliation
Prepare and brief financial statements and ensure monthly taxes are properly declared and paid on time
Be a representative for external and internal auditors.
Job Requirement
Qualification Required and Experience:
BA Degree in Accounting and Finance with at least 4 years of experience in finance activities
Took IFRS is a plus
Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
Proficiency in accounting software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Environment
Place of work- Head office (Addis Ababa)
