Job Description
Cloud engineers are responsible for the design, planning, management and maintenance of cloud-based systems. They develop and implement cloud-applications, handle the migration of existing on-premise applications to the cloud, and debug cloud stacks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the delivery, maintenance, and technical support of HUAWEI CLOUD Stack.
Customer requirements gathering, understanding and translating them into solution architecture, partner’s spec, requirements, designs, integration and joint development process with customers and Partners.
Manage key customer voices, resolve key customer issues, and manage customer satisfaction.
Identify and close high-value requirements and key product issues in projects, and continuously drive product competitiveness improvement.
Job Requirements
Education and experience:
Computer or Information Technology related degree, a Master Degree is Preferred
2+ years working experience in IT or Cloud project delivery with successful case or as core member
Language: English
Required professional skills
Technical knowledge background in areas such as storage, server, network, virtualisation, Cloud, Iaas, PaaS, SaaS, ..
An international experience(AWS, Google) would be highly preferred
Excellent English in both verbal and written
Required soft skills
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, can influence others to achieve results
Experience working autonomously and prioritising multiple competing priorities
Flexibility and Proven experience to work in a high pressure environment with multiple tasks, changing priorities, and changing resources
