Job Description
Solutions engineers support the pre-sales process for computer hardware and software companies. They work alongside the sales representative to identify the customer’s needs and generate customized business software solutions. Their role is to demonstrate and articulate the features of software products best suited for the customer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Contribute as a technical Solution Engineer in the Solution design, development, pre-sales, customer’s and partner's engagement process, include marketing and partner insight
Customer requirements gathering, understanding and translating them into solution architecture, partner’s spec, requirements, designs, integration and joint development process with customers and Partners.
Provide competive solution HLD, technical proposal, quotation based on projet requirements with product manager, and lead customer with solution specification to enlarge the ratio of product from the company.
Support account and sales team to perform solution DEMOs to industry customers.
Job Requirements
Required professional skills
Technical knowledge background in areas such as Datacenter, storage, server, Virtualization, Cloud, Iaas, PaaS, SaaS, ..
An international experience(AWS, Google) would be highly preferred
Excellent English in both verbal and written
Familiar with local ecosystem and ecosystem development
Language: English
Required soft skills
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, can influence others to achieve results
Experience working autonomously and prioritizing multiple competing priorities
Flexibility and Proven experience to work in a high pressure environment with multiple tasks, changing priorities, and changing resources
Target driven and able to work towards the deadlines
Sensitive to commercial opportunities
