Job Description
Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just eight kilometers from Bole International Airport is looking for a dynamic, self-starter candidates to join our team as a Sales Executive.
The Sales executive drives a company's product and/or service sales by actively seeking out prospects and pursuing sales opportunities. Responsibilities include setting sales goals and developing sales strategies, researching prospects and generating leads, and contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Required qualifications and competencies are as follows:
Degree from an accredited college /university, preferably in Sales & Marketing/Marketing Management/ Business Management.
At least 4 years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, Event Organizing, PR, Guest Relations, and Customer handling.
Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills
Computer literate, specifically opera application know-how is preferable
Competencies required:
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have a good command of the English Language
Must be able to pass the practical and interview exams
Experience in Sales and Marketing/PR/ Guest Relations, Customer handling/ Event Organizing in reputable institutions are advantageous
