Overview:

We're seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to amplify our brand voice, captivate audiences across platforms, and drive meaningful engagement through the power of social media.

Detail Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and brand identity.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to understand trends and tailor content for maximum impact.

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress to measure success and inform strategy adjustments.

Content Creation & Curation:

  • Craft engaging and visually appealing content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) that resonates with target audiences.

  • Experiment with different content formats (videos, images, stories, live streams) to maximize reach and engagement.

  • Curate and share relevant third-party content that aligns with brand values and audience interests.

Community Management & Engagement:

  • Foster lively and interactive communities across platforms by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.

  • Proactively engage with followers, sparking conversations and building positive brand relationships.

  • Manage online reputation and proactively address any negative feedback or inquiries.

Paid Advertising & Analytics:

  • Develop and manage targeted social media advertising campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and website traffic.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize ad spend and improve results.

  • Utilize social media analytics tools to gain insights into audience behavior and content effectiveness.

Campaign Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing goals and customer segments.

  • Conduct audience research and analysis to personalize messaging and tailor content to specific interests and purchase stages.

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign performance data to measure success and inform optimization strategies.

Content Creation & Design:

  • Craft compelling and engaging email copy that resonates with target audiences and motivates them to take action.

  • Design visually appealing email templates using email marketing platforms, incorporating brand identity and best practices.

  • Experiment with different content formats (text, images, GIFs, videos) to maximize engagement and click-through rates.

Automation & Segmentation:

  • Develop and implement automated email workflows for welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, lead nurturing sequences, and other customer journeys.

  • Segment email lists based on demographics, behavior, and interests for targeted and personalized messaging.

  • Utilize email marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution and optimize efficiency.

Data Analysis & Optimization:

  • Analyze email campaign performance data using analytics tools to identify trends, understand customer behavior, and measure ROI.

  • Perform A/B testing and experiments to optimize subject lines, copy, CTA buttons, and other elements for maximum impact.

  • Continuously iterate and improve email campaigns based on data insights and industry best practices.

Collaboration & Growth:

  • Collaborate with other digital marketing team members to ensure email marketing efforts align with overall brand messaging and customer experience.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest email marketing trends and technologies, adapting strategies to leverage new opportunities.

  • Proactively seek ways to expand email reach and improve performance through innovative campaigns and audience engagement strategies

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within real estate.

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive measurable results.

  • Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their functionalities.

  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a knack for crafting engaging content in various formats.

  • Analytical skills and experience with social media analytics platforms.

  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, etc.) preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Additional Desired Skills:

  • Experience with influence marketing and community building strategies.

  • Knowledge of video editing and basic graphic design skills are a plus.

  • Strong visual sensibility and understanding of visual storytelling techniques.

  • Experience with social media automation tools is a plus.
