We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead and elevate our agricultural development segment

Duties and Responsibilities:

 1. Strategic Leadership:

 • Develop and articulate a clear organizational vision and mission.

 • Formulate and execute strategic plans to attain company objectives.

 • Drive innovation and identify growth opportunities within the coffee and tea value chain.

 2. Operational Management:

 • Oversee daily operations to ensure top-tier production, blending, and packing quality.

 • Implement and refine processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

 • Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics.

 3. Financial Management:

 • Establish and manage annual budgets to ensure financial sustainability.

 • Make informed financial decisions and oversee investments.

 • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

 4. Market and Industry Knowledge:

 • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competition.

 • Identify potential opportunities and threats within the coffee and tea industry.

 5. Stakeholder Engagement:

 • Cultivate positive relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and government entities.

 • Represent the company at industry events and forums.

 6. Corporate Governance:

 • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

 • Uphold high standards of corporate governance and ethical conduct.

 7. Team Leadership:

 • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team.

 • Foster an inclusive organizational culture and provide guidance to employees.

 8. Quality Assurance:

 • Implement and oversee quality control measures across the value chain.

 • Ensure products meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations.

Job Requirements

 Educational Background:

 • A bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, or a related field is required. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.

 Industry Experience:

 • 10 and above Extensive background in agribusiness, particularly in coffee and tea production, blending, and packing.

 • Leadership Skills:

 • Demonstrated strategic thinking and effective decision-making in previous leadership roles.

 • Financial Acumen:

 • Proven financial management skills and successful budgeting experience.

 • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

 • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

 • Vision and Innovation:

 • Ability to identify market trends and implement innovative strategies.

 • Integrity and Ethics:

 • Commitment to ethical business practices and corporate social responsibility.
