The incumbent is responsible for administering and monitoring Databases, Core Banking System (CBS) & Integrate systems relying on the Core system.
Major Duties
Execute agile development processes and systems
Implementation of change requests on the core banking system
Manage End of Day and End of Month operations of the Core systems
On call support and maintenance of production, development, and testing environments of various applications
Follow-up with users and support staff on open service requests and problem tickets including email and phone-based support calls.
Test and deployment of the software fixes and minor/major releases received from solution providers.
Run projects from technical perspective.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's/ B.Sc. Degree in information Science, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or in related fields.
Experience:
At least 4 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level I/II or equivalent.
