Under the general direction of the Contract Manager & Technical Manager the MONITORING & EVALUATION ENGINEER is responsible monitor all required technical adherence of overall projects,
Administer applicable contractual Claims
Shall Present regular generic and analytic reports of the project’s progress and performance against schedule, millstone and productivity.
