• Under the general Direction of the Design Head, EM DESIGN ENGINEER shall Design the overall projects mechanical system in close coordination with electrical and sanitary engineer.

• Shall provide an efficient exhaust and cooling ventilation system for the building project. Provide operational and maintenance manual.

•  Electrical Power provision,

• Air Conditioning system, 

• Environmental controls and monitoring (Temperature, Humidity, etc.), 

• Physical Security (physical surveillance and access control).

• Fire protection ,

• Racks and Related system design
