Waitresses supply guests with food and drinks as requested. Waiters/waitresses usually work in restaurants, bars and hotels. This involves the preparation of tables, serving food or beverages and taking payments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supply guests with food and drinks as requested.

• Preparation of tables, serving food or beverages and taking payments and others.

• Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.

• Collect payments from customers.

• Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.

Job Requirements:

• Level I and above in Hotel Management, Kitchen Operation or in a related field with relevant work experience in a similar role.

Experience:

• A minimum of one year experience in the cafe and restaurant
