Under the general supervision of Finance Supervisor, assists in the supervision and follow-up of all disbursements and receipts of funds of the Leaf Operation Centers; Review and ensure financial transaction of Leaf Operation Centers, Record Leaf Operation Centers financial transaction in Microsoft Navision, ensures the proper maintenance and safe custody of Leaf Operation Centers accounting records; reconciles timely bank and other statements; prepares interim and annual required reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process systematic recording of financial transactions into Microsoft Navision and maintain safe accounting records for the transaction.

• Ensures that all LOC financial transactions are carried out and recorded in conformance as per the company’s financial policy, procedures as well relevant government rules and regulations.

• Follows up the settlement of all suspense accounts, payables and receivables at LOC, and controls the reconciliation, ensures that collections are deposited into banks on times and bank reconciliation.

• Follows up and monitors the timely recovery and settlement of debts and creditors account at LOC.

• Check that all proper supportive documents are original, correct, attached with payment requests and the amounts are true liabilities of the company.

• Ensure monthly VAT returns and follow-up refunds and settlements of all tax liabilities at LOC.

• Assist the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and other management need driven reports.

• Prepare and deliver monthly closing, analyzing transactions and process required journals entries ensuring that all accounting entries are supported by working papers (schedules) for analytical review and account clearance (KAR).

Others

• Manages various tasks and projects as they arise and upon request.

Job Requirements

Educational Background:

• BA Degree in Accounting / Accounting & Finance

Work experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting.
