REALITY REAL ESTATE is a construction and real estate company striving to contribute significantly to the Real Estate sector of Ethiopia. Currently, we are looking for competent professional to be assigned immediately to the following vacant position.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Prepare  interior design works

• Supervise all architectural works and interior works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications and architectural expectations

• Communicate external design subcontractor for any technical assistance & design clarifications

• Formally communicate project operation teams for any corrections, defects & rectifications by making copy to engineering department

• Review, comment and report all architectural designs in conformity with engineering standards and architectural expectations before commencement of any work

• Study and evaluate the work sequences and methods of the department and explore new ideas to improve quality and productively

• Provide recommendation to Engineering and design teams for cost, time & quality efficient & effective working methodologies & technics

• Prepare & submit weekly & monthly supervision reports and forward to supervision coordinator

• Handel any task provided by your immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

MSc or BSc in Architecture and any other related fields with minimum of  5/7 years direct experience in the field with  proven experience in high-rise building projects preferably in real estate projects.

Competencies:

• Knowledge, abilities, and skills ,expertise in Architecture/interior design,

• Thorough knowledge of materials, methods, and techniques

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Analytical skills.

• Time management skills.

• Facilitation skills

• CAD & designing software skills.

• Manual drafting skills.

• Computer operation skills.
