1. Manage the clearance work air and sea import properly from custom commission and other jobs assigned

2. Manage the air and sea export properly from custom commission, ET airlines and shipping company and other jobs assigned

3. Manage all shipping documentation is correct and proceed in timely manner 

4. Manage the third party like INSA, ECA, MOT permission application request on one window system

5. To prepare efficiently and effectively the necessary import export documents on all shipping requirements 

6. undertake proper filing activities like printing, checking documents and data cleaning and preparation of records for easy reference 

7. Communicate effectively with staffs and immediate team Manager

8. Generate reports to logistics team Manager

Job Requirements

Educational Requirement

• BA Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or any other business field

Work Experience Requirement

• Experience (1 - 2) years after graduation

Other Requirements

• Advance ability to multi-task

• Accurate data entry skills

• Be able to speak and read English fluently

• Good analytical and negotiating skills

• Good knowledge of computer management & application

• Excel and word ability should be good for daily report
