Educational Back-ground
Bachelor's degree Business Management, Leaderships , Industrial management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or related fields
Relevant work experience
12 years proven work experience in managerial or Supervisory role with in a Factory .
Additional Skill
Certification in production and inventory management as well as quality control.
