MA Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement financial strategies to drive profitability, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth across the companies under Mining Cluster. - Provide strategic financial guidance to the Cluster DCEO and company-level Finance teams. - Lead capital structuring, investment analysis, and funding strategies for operations and expansion projects.
