• Make assessment of market opportunities and target markets;

• Gather data on competitors and analyses their method of operation and business development practices and submits recommendation to the supervisor;

• Conducts and reviews branch feasibility studies, based on outcome proposes expansion programs;

• Carries out periodic branch grading studies;

• Prepares economic research related to banking and finance when necessary;

• Gathers and maintains statistical data on the banking industry;

• Analyses data in customer complaints, studies and investigates causes and present findings with recommendations;

• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement

Graduates of years 2022 & 2023 G.C with BA in Marketing and Communication, Business Administration, Management, Any other related fields with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.

• No prior experience is required.

• Age ≤  25

• Exit Exam is required for 2023 G.C fresh graduates
