Job Description

Ensures alignment of sales with the strategic plan to achieve revenue goals. Develops and implements effective sales, marketing, and promotion strategies. Takes charge of creating, updating, and overseeing the company’s website and other social media platforms. Holds responsibility for overall promotion and sales, providing guidance to sales staff in customer handling, actively participating in conducting customer satisfaction surveys, coaching sales staff, and generating ideas for continuous improvement

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Requirements: MA/BA Degree in marketing, Business  Management or related fields with 8/10 years demonstrated experience out of which at least four years in managerial position
