Responsible for the regular supervision of the physical security arrangements, maintaining safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and the site properties by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Patrol company buildings, factory, and office premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates,
Manage the performance of the “out-sourced” security servicer, and ensuring that they company’s security procedures are properly implemented
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
Report daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences to Corporate Security Manager
Oversee visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property,
Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering,
Create and maintain relationship with local, state, and federal law enforcement and other related government agencies
Identify, investigate, and/or resolve security breaches,
Conduct physical examinations of property to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations
Communicate security status, updates, and actual or potential problems, using established protocols
Analyze security data to determine security needs, security program goals, or program accomplishments
Job Requirements
Diploma /Level 3/ 10+3 in Police Science, Military Science, Peace & Security or Security Management
7 Years of relevant Experience
Excellent organizational and time management skill
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Very Good verbal and nonverbal communication
