Job Description

Kelem Tutors, a rapidly growing tutoring company, is seeking a Customer Relations Officer. Our mission is to provide students with exceptional support, enhancing their academic performance through dedicated tutoring. The intern will play a key role in engaging with our customers, and tutors and assist with customer relations tasks.

Working days: Monday to Friday

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with customers and tutors through various channels to address inquiries and resolve complaints.

  • Assist in creating and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with the team to enhance customer service protocols and procedures.

  • Support the management of customer feedback and service improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or in a related field of study

  • Skilled in using Excel and managing data.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Passionate about education and contributing to student success.
