Job Description
Kelem Tutors, a rapidly growing tutoring company, is seeking a Customer Relations Officer. Our mission is to provide students with exceptional support, enhancing their academic performance through dedicated tutoring. The intern will play a key role in engaging with our customers, and tutors and assist with customer relations tasks.
Working days: Monday to Friday
Duties & Responsibilities:
Engage directly with customers and tutors through various channels to address inquiries and resolve complaints.
Assist in creating and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the team to enhance customer service protocols and procedures.
Support the management of customer feedback and service improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or in a related field of study
Skilled in using Excel and managing data.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Passionate about education and contributing to student success.
