Job Description
Provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or electronically. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
Job Requirement
Minimum Educational Qualification:Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Analytics and MIS and related field
Minimum Relevant Work Experience:3 years of relevant work experience.
Familiar with IT & IT application skill
Risk speculation and analysis skill
Ability to act in professional and ethical manner.
Strong integrity & interpersonal skills
