Job Description

  • Meets and greets all guests and assists with registrations.

  • Ensures the strict control of room keys.

  • Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transportation and other services requested by guests.

  • Responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.

  • Responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the reception within the rooms division.

  • Works closely with other Front Office personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

  • Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is advantageous.

  • Minimum 2 years' work experience in hotel operations.

  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills required.

  • Good performance in current position and good attendance record
