Job Description

Responsibilities

· Managing & controlling employee files HR documents;

·  Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties, providing clerical and administrative support to the HR;

·  Assists in reviewing departmental recruitment requests to ensure all recruitment are conducted against the organization’s staff establishment;

· Assists in the drafting of job advertisements for vacant jobs, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates;

·  Prepares applicants long list and communication with selected candidates for schedules interviews;

· Communicating information with HR specialist at Head office;

· Managing & follow up employees daily attendance and prepare monthly summary attendance for payroll purpose;

· Managing employee databases and filing updated information in systems/database;

· Implementing and maintaining HR related procedures/policies;

· Preparing monthly reports to the management;

· Contributing to the development of HR goals, objectives, and system;

· Implements HR policies, practices, and procedures, and ensures compliance with legal laws and/or regulations as regards recruitment;

· Organize and manage recruitment and selection processes in the organization and ensure talented candidates who fit the job requirements;

· Provide timely feedback for grievances of employees or staff members;

· Ensure data quality of human resources database in hard copy and softcopy;

· Performs any other duties as required by supervisor from time to time…

Job Requirements

Qualification & skill

·  BA Degree in Business Management, Human Resource, Management or other relevant fields

·  Strong computer software proficiency in Ms-excel and Ms-word

·  Experience in setting HR role.

·  Very good written and spoken skill both in English and Amharic language

·  Ability to manage a complex and demanding workload with flexible behavior
