Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with company objectives, overseeing their execution and monitoring progress.

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential risks.

  • Collaborate with department heads to gather data, insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for reporting purposes.

  • Create comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.

  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Assess and forecast business performance based on market dynamics, industry trends, and internal metrics.

  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to the executive team, providing insights for effective resource allocation and business development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of  7 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or a similar role,

  • Proven expertise in creating strategic plans and reports, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and forecasting.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, financial software, and reporting plat forms.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive and results-driven mindset.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
