Job Description

Yetaf Holdings is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Marketing and Product Development division. The ideal candidate will spearhead innovative strategies, drive product development initiatives, and oversee marketing campaigns to enhance our brand presence and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.

  • Lead product development initiatives from conceptualization to launch, ensuring market relevance and customer satisfaction.

  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Manage a team of marketing professionals and product developers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations to achieve integrated strategies and product success.

  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, campaigns, and digital/social media strategies.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, utilizing metrics to optimize strategies for maximum impact.

  • Present regular reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management regarding marketing and product development initiatives.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience +7 years Experience  in marketing, product development, or a similar role within [industry/sector].

  • Demonstrated success in developing and launching products from conception to market.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical abilities.

  • Proficiency in market research, trend analysis, and interpreting consumer insights.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in fuel, Industrial Engineering, Construction and Transport sector.

  • Familiarity with cutting-edge marketing tools and methodologies.

  • Previous experience working in a managerial capacity within a similar industry.
