Job Requirement

• Qualification: BA degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields of study.

• Work Experience:  2 years or above for master’s degree, 4 years or above for first degree.

• Gender: Female / Male

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets

• Identify and target potential clients in the industry to generate new business opportunities

• Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness

• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)

• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company services

• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations

• Respond to client enquiries and provide timely and accurate information

• Collaborate with cross-functional team

• Develop organization’s marketing Policies &Processes.

• Manage the creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, and video production, from the initial concept to finished product.

• Develop the company’s brand and ensuring that are strongly defined and integrated throughout all mediums and marketing efforts.

• Design the digital marketing strategy to drive website traffic, increase brand awareness.

• Ensure the implementation of regular Risk Assessment for all marketing functions, and maintain office and process-wise Risk Libraries.

• Establish innovation skills and methodologies for marketing functions leading to the right utilization of the innovation to optimize cost.

Knowledge, Skill & Experience Requirements

• Proven experience as marketing officer / senior marketing officer or similar role

• Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles

• Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)

• Very good command of written and spoken English

• Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• A team player with a customer-oriented approach
